The mixer is designed to produce foam concrete (lightweight concrete) by mixing sand, cement, PP fiber along with stable foam. The capacity and density of each mixture varies depending on client’s requirement. Different density is carefully chosen and mixed to accommodate different application.

It is designed to generate stable foam in the mixer during the mixing process and the advantage of this generator that comes with a computerized system to produce huge volume of stable foam in one single mix.

FBS foam concrete (lightweight concrete) or heavy-duty hose pump is a type of peristaltic pump generally used for pumping various fluids such as foam concrete. Current output ranges from 4200L/H to 18,000K/H.
